Benewake TF-Luna Single-Point LiDAR Distance Sensors are compact, lightweight, and low‑power Time‑of‑Flight (ToF) ranging modules designed for reliable, high‑frame‑rate distance measurement across a variety of environments. Measuring just 35mm × 21.25mm × 12.5mm and weighing under 5g, the Benewake TF-Luna provides seamless integration into space‑ and weight‑restricted applications such as drones, robots, and embedded proximity‑sensing systems. Despite the small form factor, TF‑Luna delivers strong performance, offering an operating range of 0.2 meters to 8 meters, 1cm distance resolution, and accuracy of ±6cm (0.2m to 3m) or ±2% (3m to 8m) depending on distance and reflectivity conditions.

The sensors use an 850nm VCSEL light source and incorporate robust adaptive algorithms, allowing the components to maintain stable measurements even in complex or dynamic environments with ambient‑light immunity up to 70klux. Ultra‑low power consumption of ≤0.35W makes the TF-Luna suitable for battery‑powered systems, while the broad 1Hz to 250Hz adjustable frame‑rate range provides flexibility for real‑time applications that demand rapid response or low‑bandwidth operation.
