5. Tracking Information
Once your high-precision equipment leaves our facility, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can monitor the real-time status of your shipment through the carrier’s official tracking portal.
6. Shipping Issues & Lost Packages

In-Transit Issues: If a package is confirmed lost due to carrier errors, please contact support@hibotshop.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date for assistance.

Delivered Status: If tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received the item, please consult your local carrier or office first. hibotshop is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after a successful delivery confirmation.
7. Cancellations & Address Modifications

Window for Changes: To cancel an order or modify a shipping address, please contact us within 6 hours of placement.
